- Full Training provided. (Syllabus 1,2,3,4,5,6)
- Able to perform after working hours, PUBLIC Holiday & any other festivals for delivery & car collection.
- Required Language (s) – English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin as we will need to liaise with customers from Hong Kong and China.
- Own laptop ( Can be discussed further if don’t have)
- Working Hour : Monday – Friday 9am-6pm (come office) / Reply enquiry promptly Monday – Sunday
- Stay in Seri Alam Masai / Town Area / Permas Jaya / Pasir Gudang or distance within 10km from Seri Alam Masai.
- Valid Driving licence & B2
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- Ensure a pleasant, smooth and efficient handling of the rental for each customer during the delivery and return vehicle processes.
- To support all sales enquiry activities & requirements.
- Handling paperwork such as generate quotation / invoice / receipt for client’s online system booking.
- Arrange and schedule appointment for booking order & coordinate with team during delivery and collection car.
- Handling paperwork & online system booking.
- Able to adapt with position / Ad Hoc task.
- Medium level of Microsoft Word / Excel & Power Point.
- Liaise with panel workshop, service centre on maintenance.
- 100% punctual time management, customer service is top priority.
