🚿 1. Full Interior & Exterior Cleaning (Not Just a Quick Wipe)
We start with a proper car wash — outside first, then inside.
Our cleaning team goes through every car with this in mind:
“If I was renting this, would I feel comfortable?”
Here’s what we do:
- Vacuum seats, carpets, and under the mats
- Wipe dashboard, air-cond vents, and cup holders (no sticky surprises)
- Clean windows inside & out (you’d be surprised how many rentals out there skip this)
Even if the last renter only used the car for a few hours, we clean it like it was out for a road trip.
🛞 2. Tyre Check, Battery Check, Signal Check – All the Basics
Looks don’t matter if the car breaks down, right?
Before we send out any car, we pop the hood and do a basic health check:
- Tyre pressure (front & back)
- Signal lights & brake lights
- Battery health (especially if the car was idle for a few days)
- Wiper fluid, engine oil, coolant — topped up if needed
It’s a simple checklist, but it saves you from issues halfway to Desaru or KL.
🧾 3. Road Tax, Insurance & Border Documents (All Set Up for You)
Especially for Singaporeans or long-distance renters — we make sure:
- Road tax is valid
- Insurance cover is active (we tell you what’s covered too)
- If you’re driving to Singapore, we’ll prepare the VEP, Autopass, Touch n Go, and give you the right documents for a smooth CIQ experience.

Every car we send out has a basic emergency kit inside:
- Tyre Inflator & spare tyre

🔑 5. Final Touch: Test Drive + Fuel Top-Up
Before the handover, someone from our team does a short test drive around the block to make sure:

Then we check the fuel level. Most of our cars go out full tank, and we only ask you to return it the same way — fair and simple.
