Gem Wallet Policy Rules

Paid Credit

  • You can use your paid credit to pay up to 80% of your rental order.
  • Each day, you can use up to 5,000 paid credits.
  • The amount of paid credit you have is refundable.
  • Free credit or additional credit is 100% non-refundable.
  • Once refunded, the additional credits that are added will be removed.

Free Credit

  • You can use your free credit to pay up to RM50 of your rental order.
  • Each day, you can use your free credit once.
  • Your free credit is non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-stackable.

Bonuses for each Package

  • Package A: Top-up RM 1,000 and receive an extra RM150 (15% cashback), making the total RM1,150.
  • Package B: Top-up RM 3,000 and receive an extra RM600 (20% cashback), making the total RM3,600.
  • Package C: Top-up RM 3,900 and receive an extra RM1,150 (30% cashback), making the total RM5,070.

About Wallet Credits

  • Membership fees are stored as wallet credits.
  • Top-ups are non-refundable.
  • A maximum of RM1,000 in wallet credits can be applied per booking.
  • Any remaining balance must be paid using another payment method (credit card, FPX & else).
  • Wallet credits do not expired.
  • Wallet credits cannot be transferred to another person.

Deposits and Wallet Credits

  • Any existing deposit will not be deducted from wallet credits, as the deposit is refundable. Deducting it would effectively provide the customer more value than the cashback offered.
  • Deposit from previous rental are automatically deducted and do not count towards wallet credits.

Usage and Restrictions

  • This membership cannot be combined with other discounts or offers during selected promotions.
  • This membership is non-transferable and non-refundable.
  • It is exclusively valid for car rental services at Gem Car Rental; other services like chauffeur services are not included.
  • Wallet credits can only be utilized through the account that purchased the membership.
  • This membership cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • If the wallet credits do not cover the total cost of a rental, the customer is responsible for paying the difference, with no refunds issued for any unused credits.

Management Rights

  • The R&C Management of Grit International reserves the right to amend or terminate this membership program without prior notice.
  • The R&C Management of Grit International also reserves the right to modify the terms of the Topup Wallet at any time, with prior notice to the user.

Misuse and Fraud

  • Misuse or fraudulent activities related to wallet credits will result in the immediate suspension of the user’s account and may lead to legal action.

Currency Transactions With Gem Wallet

At this time, Gem Wallet only supports transactions in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Gem Wallet Withdrawal Eligibility

Gem Wallet credits cannot be refunded, transferred, or stacked. This means you cannot withdraw or transfer your credits to another account or person.

  • If you no longer wish to use Gem Wallet, you can request a refund of any remaining credit balance by contacting our customer support team. Please note that refunds are subject to review and approval, and may take up to 14 working days to process.
  • To receive a refund from your Gem Wallet, you must have a clean account with no overdue payments or disputes. Refunds will only be credited back to the payment method used to fund your Gem Wallet initially.
